Downtown Pathways Project is a public-private philanthropic partnership launched to build on the progress achieved by 100 in 100 Kent County: an effort to permanently house and provide supportive case management to 100 individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
Our purpose: A thriving community where economic mobility, opportunity, and quality of life are accessible to all.
Our niche: Creating clear pathways to housing stability, individual wellness, and economic vibrancy.

Bias for action: We change systems through bold action, and we are willing to rapidly prototype and embrace falling forward.
Results-focused: We believe that utilization does not equal impact, and we pursue measurable, meaningful results for our community.
Person-centered: We focus our work on serving individuals and promoting dignity, respect, and lasting improvements to quality of life.
Collaborative: We collaborate across public, private, and philanthropic partners with an abundance mentality to solve complex challenges.
Communicative and accountable: We strive for radical transparency that recognizes success and struggle as we pursue the shared goal of ending homelessness.
